SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 business days for product to be dispatched as your order is awaiting delivery alongside many others in queue.
Standard Shipping:
Standard Australian shipping takes within 2 to 5 business days to be delivered. However, Parcel Post can take around 8 to 14 business days for delivery if it is sent within Western Australia. Longer delays may be experienced during public holidays, Christmas, Easter and COVID or other natural disasters.
Express Shipping:
Express Australian shipping takes within one to two days for city/metro areas, however Australia post do not guarantee this so allow 1-5 days for regional. Longer delays may be experienced during public holidays, Christmas, Easter and COVID or other natural disasters.
Australian Shipping:
Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. However, we will do anything we possibly can to help locate your package and will work with local post authorities.
BLNK. is an Australian based company. Throughout your checkout process we offer our local postal service (Australia Post), therefore please use this website to track your item.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages:
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All items are final sale. Please e-mail an image of your damaged item/items to discuss possible options. We do not accept returns for a change of mind in the decision of your chosen item.
Conditions
If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be given upon inspection of the item and outgoing postage will be refunded. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged either deliberately or by accident are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.
Refunds on Faulty Items
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institutions.
It is up to your discretion if you wish for a replacement or a refund for such faulty item.
Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable.
